Lucas is a Senior Associate with an Assurance focus specializing in audits. Industries include but are not limited to Insurance, Construction, Staffing and Media Services companies for the firms’ business clients for many years. Lucas has also performed multiple Service Organization Control (SOC) Audits.

Lucas prides himself on being the client’s main point of contact during engagements and presenting a people-first mentality. He also focuses on the development of the team working for him to strengthen the foundation of the ML team.

Lucas has an energetic and positive personality to not only lift his teammates’ spirits but create a lighthearted environment when it comes to the sometimes-grueling audit process for his clients.

Lucas has recently started his business development efforts including attending networking events and participating in a Summer Business Development Challenge. He looks forward to expanding his horizons and helping the Company grow as he starts to build his own book of business. 

Lucas has served as a Senior Assurance Associate of the firm from the start of his employment at the firm in November of 2021 to the present. He has learned and continues to learn how to perform his role to the best of his abilities, including managing a team, and strives to be the best, for both his teammates and client’s sake. The varying experiences gained through these years have sharpened his ability to serve his clients and become a trusted advisor for his clients.
