Our firm was founded by Tom Munninghoff and Doug Lange (now retired) in 1983 with the mission of providing outstanding customized client service. Numerous meetings, tax returns, audits, and busy seasons later, this mission is stronger than ever.
We are an independent member firm of the BDO Alliance USA. Through this strategic partnership, the firm has access to the resources of one of the largest firms in the country. In recent years, we have merged in two local firms (Collins, Heeb & Associates and Hayes Neltner & Schmidt), further strengthening our community ties. These mergers expanded our firm’s client and knowledge base and positioned it to be able to serve its clients for a long time into the future.
